Services. Three33 Auto LLC provides Engine Diagnostics, Engine Repairs, Auto AC Repair, Brake Repair, Suspension Repair, Battery Replacement, Auto Detailing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Damages. Three33 Auto LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Three33 Auto LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by OK law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in OK for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
